General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitabet1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jitabet1 platform — including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, crash games, live dealer tables, and all associated account and payment services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

jitabet1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, players will be notified via the registered account email. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jitabet1 from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. The platform operates in the English language. All communications between jitabet1 and its players, including support correspondence and formal notices, will be conducted in English.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

jitabet1 is an adults-only platform. Access to and use of any betting, gaming, or account service on jitabet1 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when you access the platform.

jitabet1 employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account from which the funds were sent). Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be voided in their entirety.

Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on jitabet1, players must create a personal account via the jitabet1 Login page. Registration requires the submission of accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, current, and complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on jitabet1. Opening, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. jitabet1 employs automated detection systems capable of identifying duplicate accounts based on device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method matching, and personal data cross-referencing.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jitabet1 login credentials, including their username and password. jitabet1 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. • Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
• jitabet1 will never request your password. Treat all such requests as fraudulent.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jitabet1 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to the Player's verification status and account activity history.

Deposits are typically credited to the player's jitabet1 account balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. In rare cases involving network congestion or third-party payment provider delays, processing may take up to 10 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 15 minutes, contact support at support@jitabet1 with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by jitabet1 within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are sent exclusively to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account that was used for the corresponding deposit. jitabet1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the player's own funds.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment source used for deposit.

Bonuses & Promotions

jitabet1 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Players should read the specific terms attached to each offer before opting in.

Wagering requirements represent the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in eligible game bets before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bets placed on excluded game categories (such as certain live table games or sports markets) may not count towards wagering requirements — refer to each promotion's specific terms for clarification.

jitabet1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that are found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account may be suspended. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering across correlated markets, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method is permitted.
• jitabet1 may void bonuses and winnings if abuse or fraud is detected.
• Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jitabet1, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. You agree that all funds deposited into your jitabet1 account originate from legitimate, lawful sources and are free from any association with criminal activity.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jitabet1. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a deposit made to jitabet1 through your payment provider.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jitabet1 staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

jitabet1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or illegal financial activity.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own jitabet1 account at any time by contacting support at support@jitabet1. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account within 5 business days, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because they feel that their gambling habits are becoming problematic — are encouraged to do so immediately. jitabet1 also offers self-exclusion as a formal mechanism that prevents the player from reopening or creating a new account for a defined period. • Balances held in suspended fraudulent accounts may be permanently forfeited.
• Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days.
• Real-money balances are returned upon verified voluntary closure within 5 business days.
• Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration and cannot be overridden.

Limitation of Liability

jitabet1 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime, data accuracy, and secure payment processing, we do not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.

jitabet1 does not accept liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults, incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors, interruption of a live bet due to connectivity issues, or loss of account access due to forgotten credentials. It is the player's responsibility to maintain adequate internet connectivity and device security.

Gambling involves financial risk. jitabet1 does not guarantee that any player will profit from their betting or gaming activity. All wagers carry the risk of total loss. By using jitabet1, you accept full personal responsibility for the financial decisions you make on the platform. jitabet1 strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and only with funds they can afford to lose.
